Sondra Z. Koff is Professor Emerita of Political Science at Binghamton University, State University of New York. She is the author of Health Systems Agencies: A Comprehensive Examination of Planning and Process and coauthor (with Stephen P. Koff) of Italy: From the First to the Second Republic.
