Gary Shapiro is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Richmond. He is the editor of After the Future: Postmodern Times and Places, also published by SUNY Press. Dr. Shapiro is also the author of Nietzschean Narratives and co-editor of Hermeneutics: Questions and Prospects.
