Forest Bathing Walk with Annie Hejny and Ellen Mueller

Join Ellen Mueller and Annie Hejny, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide and Minnesota Water Steward, for a Forest Bathing Walk as part of the launch of Mueller's new book, "Walking as Artistic Practice." Forest Bathing is the practice of moving slowly in nature and tuning into our senses as an opportunity to connect with the natural world and bathe in the benefits that nature offers us, both physically and mentally. During the walk, Annie will guide the participants through a series of invitations that support wellness and nature immersion. Learn more about what to bring, cancellations, restrooms, etc.
